Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7–9 business days, depending on your city.
Processing Time: We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Order Tracking: After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.
Coverage: We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, and more.

14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return: Contact us at info@fiddani.com to start a return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
